Behavioural science and design tools are increasingly important for driving psychological innovation across leading organisations.

This masterclass brings together insights and case studies from cognitive psychology, behavioural economics and human-centred design, helping you embed evidence-based insights in your organisation.

You will leave with strategies for adopting behaviour change tools in communications, policy, products and services.

Vishal George

Founder and Chief Behavioural Scientist

Vishal George is the Founder and Chief Behavioural Scientist at Behavioural by Design. His work in applied behavioural science spans over a decade, from leading behavioural strategy at Ogilvy NZ to training more than 1,000 leaders across Aotearoa New Zealand and beyond.

His wide portfolio of behaviour change work includes encouraging businesses to reduce their carbon footprint (EECA), increasing diversity in recruitment (NZ Police) and improving patient experience across New Zealand (Health Quality & Safety Commission). He has applied behavioural insights into the heart of strategy for the Department of Corrections, Auckland Council, Accident Compensation Corporation, Public Health England (UK), and Westminster Council (UK), Adobe (USA) and Starbucks (USA).

He writes about thinking wisely with AI, hosts the People Who Think in Systems podcast, and financial author of the book: Money Mindsets

Away from the mind, he is a pranayama (breathwork) practitioner who believes the quality of your breath can change the quality of your life.
